The following casino rules and regulations form an agreement between you (the Player) and 21Dukes. Please read the following carefully.
All use of this online casino site is with your agreement to the following:
1. By playing at 21Dukes you represent and warrant that you have read, fully understood and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Casino players are allowed to have only one account per household, per player, per IP address and per family. If a casino player is found opening multiple accounts, all of the winnings on the accounts will be confiscated by 21Dukes and the player's account will be immediately closed.

7. Members are solely responsible for their casino account transactions when engaging in Internet Gambling. Members are advised to keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, share or lose his/her Internet Casino account number and/or password, 21Dukes shall not be held liable for any claims regarding that account. 8. The name on your 21Dukes account must match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to that account. If the account name and credit card name(s) do NOT match, any winnings in that account shall be void. This policy is intended to prevent abuse by criminals who use false names and/or create multiple accounts in an attempt to hide credit card fraud.
9. 21Dukes reserves the right to void all play and subsequent wins for ANY game due to game malfunction or software flaw.
10. 21Dukes reserves the right to reject and refuse ANY account deposit and any players from any country if considered a risk or illegal gambling jurisdiction.
11. If proven advantage playing or use of betting systems to take advantage of our software, the player's account will be immediately closed, the winnings will become forfeited and the amount of the original deposit will be refunded.

13. 21Dukes has the right to disable and close your online casino account without prior notice to you. If your casino account has a remaining balance at the time we cancel it, a refund of the original deposit will be made and the winnings will be void if any of the following circumstances take place:
- a) If you are not of legal age to engage in online gambling.
- b) If the information provided on your player profile is invalid or false.
- c) If you have placed a charge back of any of the purchases made with any of our funding options.
- d) If you have more than one casino account.
- e) If your intentions of playing at 21Dukes are not solely for entertainment purposes but instead you are directly or indirectly employing professional gambling techniques in your favor to take advantage of the site.
- f) If you have intentionally or unintentionally allowed someone else to play on your casino account.
- g) If the name you used when registering your online casino account does not match the name on the payment method used to fund your casino account.
- h) If you partake in a casino promotion and request a payout before completing the requirements of the particular promotion(s).
- i) If you play in a restricted area or country where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- j) If you are discovered to be cheating or using a system (machines, robots, computers, software, charts or any other form of external help) to make winnings or money of the site. Also, if 21Dukes is informed or learns that the player broke any of the above listed rulings A to J in any other online casino, 21Dukes will immediately close the account.
14. Before paying any winnings, the player accepts a full security check of his/her casino account. 21Dukes has the right to investigate the player's information, the wagers made on each casino game and the information on the credit card. In the event of needing extra documentation the player accepts to provide 21Dukes with any type of required information such as proof of identity, a signed authorization form of every purchase made on the casino account, a copy of the credit cards used to gamble at 21Dukes or any type of documentation that the casino may need to conduct a proper investigation. If the player fails to comply with any security request, 21Dukes reserves the right to void any winnings and immediately close the online casino account and finally refund the amount of the original purchase to the funding option used to purchase credits to your online casino account.
15. US Dollar ($) is the official currency of 21Dukes although we take all major currencies as a purchase to your online casino account but they will be exchanged to the exchange ratio stipulated by your financial agency.
16. The online casino player is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes on prizes or winnings.
17. Any dispute regarding the outcome of play/payout of any game must be submitted to 21Dukes in writing within 10 days. In the event of a discrepancy between your casino game records and our gaming server records, the casino gaming server records will be the official ones and will govern on any decision made by 21Dukes. If your dispute is submitted after the 10 business days it will automatically become void.
18. 21Dukes has the right to add or remove any casino game or program new jackpots without prior notice to the casino player.
19. Not logging in to your Casino account for a period of 365 days will result in account removal and all of your records will be deleted, including profile information, balance and any deposits in the account.
20. If the player has no activity in the account for a period of 120 days, the online casino account will be disabled.
21. 21Dukes will not be held liable if the player experiences Internet Connection problems that are out of our reach, these being ISP problems, Computer Crashing or any technical related issue not concerning 21Dukes.
23. The casino player fully understands the definition of every casino game when opening an account at 21Dukes online casino.
24. The casino player accepts and understands the rules of our blackjack, slots, video slots, video poker, craps, keno, pull tabs and roulette casino games at the moment the online casino account is registered at 21Dukes.
25. When signing up to 21Dukes you (the player) have the knowledge of every casino game and understand the rules, regulations, payouts and wordings of our casino games. 21Dukes will not be held liable for any dispute if the player claims not having the knowledge on how to play a casino game.
BY SIGNING UP TO 21Dukes YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 21Dukes RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO THE PLAYER IT IS THE PLAYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY CHANGES.
ALL OF OUR BRANDS, LOGOS, AND RELATED MATERIAL ARE COPYRIGHTED, ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE, DAMAGE OR MISUSE ANY OF OUR LOGOS, WORDINGS, LETTERS, GAMES OR ANYTHING INVOLVED WITH 21Dukes BRAND WILL BE PROSECUTED BY LAW.
